Our notes are extremely personal and we can't see yours.
In fact we don't even store them. Apple does in iCloud.
You don't need a separate account to use our app.
We recommend that you turn on Advance Data Protection
in iCloud settings to secure your notes from Apple.
We do not access the contents of your notes.
Optional ChatGPT ad measurement
For website visits with the exact campaign marker r=chatgpt_ads, we offer Apple-device visitors a choice to allow or decline OpenAI advertising measurement. We do not load the OpenAI pixel until you allow it. Declining does not affect the website or the App Store download button.
If you allow measurement, we send OpenAI an event when you click an App Store button, at most once per page visit. This records a button click, not an app installation or purchase. OpenAI receives the event and browser/network information needed to process it, including an IP address and advertising identifiers. We do not send the contents of your notes with this event.
The pixel uses first-party cookies: __oppref for the ad-click identifier (up to 30 days) and __obref for a browser identifier (up to 365 days). Browser restrictions can shorten these periods. Our Allow/Decline choice is remembered only for your browser tab's session.
Use “Ad measurement settings” on the campaign page to withdraw permission. This stops future events and asks the pixel to remove its attribution cookies; it does not undo events already sent.
